These terms govern use of the Kurmanco app, website and related learning services.

Provider and acceptance
Kurmanco is provided by the Kurmanco service operator. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Effective date: the publication date of this policy.
The learning service
Kurmanco teaches Kurmanji in the Latin alphabet through Chapters, Lessons, Guides, Vocabulary, Exercises, Challenges and a Dictionary. It is an educational aid, not a guarantee of a particular learning result, fluency level or professional qualification.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in method and notify support of suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law says otherwise. Account deletion is available through the product flow or support.
Free and Premium access
Chapter 1 is available as the free learning introduction. Later Chapters and Premium Dictionary features require an active Premium entitlement. Exact availability can change with product updates, but paid access will not be misrepresented.
Store subscriptions and purchases
Native consumer purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, not by Kurmanco through a web-payment provider. Price, billing period, renewal and trial information shown by the store applies at purchase. Subscriptions renew according to the store terms until cancelled in the relevant Apple or Google account. Deleting the Kurmanco account does not itself cancel a store subscription. Restore Purchases can securely reconnect an eligible store purchase to the correct account.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, automate abusive traffic, bypass Premium controls, extract protected content at scale, infringe rights or use Kurmanco unlawfully. Kurmanco may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or serious breach.
Intellectual property
The Kurmanco name, design, software, learning structure, editorial content, illustrations and media are protected by intellectual-property law. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the service for learning. No ownership is transferred.
Availability and updates
Kurmanco may improve, correct or update the app, content and technical services. Temporary maintenance, network failure, store outages or device limitations can affect availability. Cached content may support limited offline use, but not every feature, audio item, synchronization or purchase action works offline.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that rule, Kurmanco is not liable for indirect losses or outcomes caused by using educational material as professional advice. The final liability limitation and governing law require legal confirmation: the mandatory law and competent court.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be announced appropriately. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply where legally permitted. Questions can be sent to support@kurmanco.com.
